  • Routing: Start from the power supply end and route wires according to the schematic, leaving extra length for maintenance .
  • Organization: Group wires by function or routing, tying them into neat harnesses to prevent clutter and ensure easy identification .
  • Color Coding: Use standard wire colors (e.g., blue for neutral, yellow/green/red for phases) and mark AC, DC, or voltage levels clearly . 3. Wire Stripping and Termination
  • Stripping: Remove 6–10mm of insulation from wire ends without damaging the core .
  • Crimping: For multi-strand wires, twist the strands, attach cold-pressed terminals, and crimp firmly to ensure secure contact .
  • Connection: Connect one end of the cable to the primary box output and the other to the busbar or terminal block inside the secondary box . Ensure firm contact to prevent overheating . 4. Circuit Arrangement

  • Wire Routing: Main circuit wiring generally goes on the left, outgoing circuits on the right .
